Job summary

Bottega Louie Restaurant and Gourmet Market in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services associate to deliver warm, premium service to guests. The role focuses on hospitality, reservation responses, and accurate cash handling while maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor and promptly respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Count and verify large volumes of cash accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines governing cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

GUEST SERVICES RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to:

COMPENSATION

• $20 - $22 of hourly compensation
• 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
