Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Bellman/Driver for Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, MO. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

Position is full-time with an hourly wage of $15.00. A valid Class E driver's license is required, and strong English communication plus excellent customer service are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class E driver’s license.
• Must communicate clearly in English with guests, associates and vendors.
• Demonstrate a high standard of customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to report information accurately and follow Driftwood policies.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect rooms to ensure order and stocked supplies.
• Explain features of rooms (radio, TV, in-room movie).
• Provide information on hotel services, points of interest and entertainment.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests on van or golf cart around property.
• Deliver packages and luggage.
• Respond courteously to guest requests, complaints, or questions.

MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE

As a Bellman/ Driver, you will greet and assist guests as needed and offer assistance with luggage, directions, activities or rides to other areas of the resort.

Responsibilities Include

• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.


• Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.


• Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.


• Deliver messages and run errands.


• Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.


• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.


• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Qualifications

Personal Skills

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE


• Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.


• Demonstrate a consistent high standard of customer service and hospitality


• Ability to accurately report information.


• Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
