Job summary

Paragon Tropicana is seeking a part-time Front Desk Guest Services Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You will handle guest calls, coordinate dispatch services for requests such as luggage, wake-up calls and checkouts, and perform data entry for guest services at the front desk.

You will maintain knowledge of facilities, events and amenities while delivering courteous service and accurate records. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of high-volume call center or customer service experience
• English communication in written and spoken form
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Weekend and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Provide dispatch services for guest requests related to luggage, housekeeping amenities, wake-up calls, checkouts, early arrivals and late departures
• Perform data entry for requested services in housekeeping, front desk, and facilities
• Inform guests of property functions and facilities on request
• Maintain knowledge of casino events, promotions and amenities
• Maintain accurate records for all requests
• Operate the TDD machine
• Support management by providing observations and suggestions to improve processes
