Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a Resort Hotel.
• PABX experience preferred.
• Ability to type 30+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls per Forbes 5 Star Service Standards.
• Dispatch guest requests via HotSOS and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a source of information regarding the property and guest questions.
• Respond to hotel staff and guests during emergency situations.
• Process wake-up calls.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping via hotel radio system and follow up with guests.
