Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Status Board Operator to respond to guest calls and fulfill requests, coordinating with departments to deliver outstanding service. You will assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants and Utility Housepersons and monitor room status using Amadeus, REX, and related systems.

This role requires at least six months in a guest service position, strong English communication, a 40 WPM typing speed, and a neat professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months’ experience in a guest service-related position.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written; English required.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Wynn Las Vegas standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and dispatch services or route to appropriate departments per Wynn Las Vegas guidelines.
• Monitor room assignments on Amadeus, REX, and other systems to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee and coordinate work orders, including room moves and guest service requests.
• Assign work orders to utility housepersons for tasks like shampoos, drapes, and furniture movement.
• Prioritize and expedite rush rooms with GRAs and assistant managers.
• Communicate essential information to assistant managers and tower managers about guest requests/complaints.
• Monitor check-outs and rooms awaiting inspection; alert leadership as needed.
• Handle guest service calls promptly and track all related information per procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns where possible and escalate to management when needed.
