Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen of particulars.
• Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Comply with state/federal regulations and liquor policies for serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
