Job summary

Bolay in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Guest Services team member for a fast casual setting. You will greet guests, take orders, input them into POS, and ensure accuracy as you deliver meals with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 16 years old, a valid Food Worker Card, and ideally one year of serving experience. Must communicate in English and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor while standing and moving with food trays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
