Responsibilities

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials and promotions.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process.
• Adhere to all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies for serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
