Bolay in Wellington, FL is seeking a Guest Services team member for a fast casual restaurant. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, and guide them through the ordering process with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include ensuring station cleanliness before and after shifts, checking guest needs, and supporting compliance with liquor policies and safety regulations. Prior serving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process.
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
