Job Title: Remote Guest Services Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $17 - $23/hour

We’re looking for a service‑minded Remote Guest Services Coordinator to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You’ll handle reservations, assist with special requests, coordinate guest activities, and act as a liaison between departments to meet every need. Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, and service requests.
  • Coordinate guest activities and make reservations for dining, tours, and local attractions.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and area highlights.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and concierge to fulfill requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Organize special experiences such as VIP treatments and celebrations.
  • Manage guest amenities and ensure all requests are handled efficiently.
  • Keep shared digital spaces and communication organized and up‑to‑date.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
