Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a devoted visitation coordinator to serve as the primary contact for hospital patients and families. The role emphasizes empathy, proactive concern resolution, and teamwork to maintain a positive patient care environment.

The position requires flexibility for rotating shifts (11:30 am–8:00 pm) and weekends/holidays, plus ability to travel among hospital sites. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prefer college experience or higher education.
• 3–5 years of prior customer service experience.
• Must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks, flexible, and able to travel among the hospital sites.
• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
