Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prefer college experience or higher education.
• 3–5 years of prior customer service experience.
• Must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks, flexible, and able to travel among the hospital sites.
• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their families.
• Proactively manage identified concerns.
• Promotes teamwork, relationship building, and fosters a positive patient care atmosphere.
• Schedule: rotating days – 11:30 am to 8 pm, rotating weekends and holidays.
