Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Good knowledge of the local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover the “Wanderlust” experience and provide exceptional concierge services.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests and showing genuine interest.
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when issues arise.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and amenities.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments as needed.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Support other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
