Job summary

The Belgrove, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, invites you to join our team in West Palm Beach as a Conference Service Manager. You will secure and develop corporate, social, and wedding events, coordinating sales and service activities for events, both on-site and off-site, to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include BEO preparation, client meetings, and collaboration with Banquet, Culinary, and Sales teams to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably Hospitality, is required.
• Experience in wedding, social catering sales and conference services in a luxury environment is preferred.
• CMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book corporate, wedding and social events at prevailing menu pricing and ensure client requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain an office organization that supports hotel sales and marketing efforts.
• Maximize profitability through proper pricing, up-selling, accurate billing and efficient service.
