Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coach and supervise Guest Services staff according to SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily rate and house count monitoring.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Accounting and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service.
• Attend required department meetings and participate in MOD coverage as scheduled.
