Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and manage requests efficiently.
• Ability to handle cash, process payments and balance a house bank.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at arrival and departure with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Complete the registration process using the computer system and verify guest details.
• Process payments, input charges, and issue room keys and welcome folders.
• Handle vouchers, currencies, and reconcile transactions in a timely manner.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
