Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Pendry Park City. This role consolidates PBX, reservations, and In-Room Dining duties to deliver a seamless guest experience across hotel operations.

The agent will answer calls, dispatch requests, manage dining and reservations, and provide local knowledge to guests, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel front office or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with PBX, reservations and In-Room Dining processes.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external calls per service standards and provide information on hotel services.
• Enter and dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments and track progress.
• Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain menus, hours, and dietary considerations.
• Manage restaurant reservations, including entering guest information and special requests.
• Provide concierge-like assistance and escalate complex bookings to appropriate teams.
• Maintain guest profiles, communicate needs to departments, and ensure guest satisfaction.
