Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is seeking a team-oriented Busser to clean and reset tables, assist stockers, and support waitstaff in delivering efficient guest service. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
• Uphold integrity and comply with regulatory, company and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Stocker to ensure an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware and other service accessories at assigned stations at all times.
• Maintain supplies of the service stations.
• Clear tables of all items and dispose of garbage.
• Set tables for service.
• Escort guests professionally from podium to assigned station and manage table settings.
• Assist waitstaff to promote fast, courteous service to customers.
• Familiarize self with the menu and delivery items to provide correct information to guests.
• Adhere to the principles of excellent guest service and interactive skills.
