Job summary

Festival Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Guest Services Clerk to assist guests at the service desk, process transactions, handle refunds, and answer inquiries while ensuring high standards of service.

You will work with the Guest Services Manager and have availability for 16+ hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends. Join a team that values friendly, helpful interactions with guests and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Availability: must include 16 hours per week with at least 8 hours per day on available days.
• Customer focus: genuine interest in helping and engaging with guests with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail: accurate handling of register information and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash and media at the Service Counter; assist with tills and other services like DMV, Lottery, and ticket sales.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; record inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain quality standards and meet quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Distribute cashier tills and collaborate with cashiers to meet guest needs and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences; perform other duties as assigned.
