Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Guest Services Clerk in Menasha, WI. You will report to the Guest Services Manager and help guests with inquiries, returns, and exchanges while processing transactions at the Service Counter.

This role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include handling cash, maintaining service quality, and supporting additional services such as DMV or ticket sales when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash and media at the Service Counter while supporting ticket and service sales as needed.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; record inquiries and escalate unresolved issues while maintaining 100% quality standards at set times.
