Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, with shifts across available days.

• Attention to detail for accurate register transactions and inventory records.

• Ability to operate register equipment and basic store systems.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash and media at the service counter.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain quality standards and accurate cash handling throughout shifts.
• Attend to cashier til distributions and coordinate with cashiers as needed.
• Show up on time and coordinate with the team to cover shifts.
