Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs, operated by Vista Host Management & Development, is seeking a Guest Service Representative to handle front desk guest interactions, registration, check-out, and information sharing. You will be part of a team delivering friendly service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will greet guests, process payments, upsell services, answer inquiries, and maintain the lobby area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the front desk.
• Process registrations and departures and handle payments.
• Greet guests and upsell hotel services when appropriate.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas in clean, organized condition.
