Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs, operated by Vista Host Management & Development, is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, register arrivals, process payments, and communicate hotel services at the front desk.

Ideal candidate is friendly, energized, with strong communication skills, able to upsell services, handle multiple tasks, and maintain hotel policies while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, including greeting guests and assisting with inquiries.
• Register and check guests in/out, process payments, and communicate hotel services to guests.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization and update shift logs.
• Handle guest complaints and work toward quick resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
