Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/electronic transactions accurately.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise during shifts.
• Safely use store equipment per company policy and safety guidelines.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and understand basic instructions; apply them to daily tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Stay alert and productive during assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor; stock displays and perform housekeeping.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and store tasks as assigned.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and located according to standards.
• Support store safety; report concerns to management promptly.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and location information to customers over the phone or in person.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
