Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with stocking, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked per company standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone regarding products and pricing.
• Support merchandising updates, price changes, and store tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to all Cavender’s policies and procedures.
