Job summary

Cavender’s is hiring a friendly cashier to deliver top-tier customer service and accurately process sales transactions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays across the store.

Responsibilities include handling cash with accuracy, answering questions by phone or in person, supporting promotions, and ensuring correct merchandise presentation while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fast, friendly customer service in retail.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reading English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver best of the WEST service.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and assist with merchandising updates.
• Answer customer questions in person and by phone with courtesy.
• Follow store policies and participate in safety and housekeeping tasks.
• Support store operations and report concerns to management.
• Remain flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
