Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and process merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must read and understand English; strong organization and communication.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender's Culture and Values.
• Accurately receive, process, and stock merchandise, ensuring documentation matches and discrepancies are reported.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and label placement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing back stock and processing paperwork.
• Operate receiving equipment (barcode printers, handheld devices) for daily tasks.
• Keep backroom clean, organized, and safe; assist store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to support inventory management and flow.
• Train stockers on receiving processes and backroom organization.
• Report safety or inventory concerns promptly to management.
• Attend to duties punctually and present a neat appearance.
• Follow all policies and procedures; assist with merchandising and projects.
