Guest Services - Box Office Representative (Full Time)

Great opportunity to join our Guest Services Team!

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

What you’ll do

• Be the friendly face (and voice!) of the Pavilion—assist guests by phone, in person, and email
• Handle cash confidently and balance your daily sales report
• Stay in the know on all events, exhibits, and shows
• Jump into projects: outbound calls, data entry/cleanup, and mailing tickets/info
• Join Box Office & All-Staff meetings and event/exhibit previews
• Keep learning—complete training and stay current on procedures

What you’ll bring

• A customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to learn a point-of-sale system and follow SOPs
• Solid cash-handling skills and attention to detail
• At least 1 year of computer experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience preferred

$16.00/hour starting pay
