Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a front-line hotel associate to greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help guests with luggage. You will explain facilities, respond to questions, and maintain lobby areas for a positive guest experience.

The role involves delivering messages, supporting the valet and front desk, and coordinating with shifts to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction at our properties.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service in a guest contact role preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, respond to questions, and know hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist with check-in and checkout.
• Assist guests with luggage and respond to inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and services to guests.
• Maintain lobby stations and baggage room cleanliness.
• Post events boards in the lobby and communicate across shifts.
• Deliver messages and assist valet and front desk as needed.
• Assist with key inventory and airport van pick-ups/drop-offs.
