Reporting to Front Office management, the candidate willPark guests' vehicles, assist with luggage, open doors, guide traffic, and help guests with disabilities, while upholding service standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred, hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Must present a clean driving record and obtain the required license/abstract.

Responsibilities

• Park guests' vehicles and assist with luggage.
• Open doors and assist guests entering/leaving the property.
• Direct traffic and ensure safe, smooth curb-to-lobby transitions.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local area.
• Maintain security of vehicles and keys.
• Follow all policy, safety training, and confidentiality.
• Provide friendly greetings and assist guests with disabilities.
