Qualifications

• Customer experience required or equivalent training.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Work schedule may include holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage preparation and transportation.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide overview of hotel services and amenities.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms and assist with room changes when needed.
• Maintain lists and brochures for local attractions and transportation guides.
• Support housekeeping and front desk operations during staff shortages.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and uphold HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
