Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Door Attendant to provide exceptional guest service, assist with luggage, and support front desk and valet teams. You will greet guests, explain amenities, coordinate transportation, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in a hospitality-focused environment.

Required: high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays with hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field is beneficial.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Candidates must pass and maintain a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance and Luggage Handling: greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate arrivals/departures to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Guest Requests and Concierge Support: promptly handle requests and provide recommendations.
• Lobby and Entry Maintenance: keep lobby and bell stand clean and organized, monitor equipment.
• Safety and Security Compliance: follow procedures, assist during emergencies, and monitor entrances.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend trainings, support operations, and adapt to business needs.
