Tower Health is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to welcome and assist visitors at Phoenixville Hospital. The role involves greeting, registering, directing visitors, issuing passes, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies while maintaining a secure, friendly environment for patients, families and staff.

Work schedule includes Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm with holiday rotation and weekend shifts as needed by department.

Competenze

• Completes required trainings and competencies for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience as alternative.
• BLS Certification required.

Job Summary

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, Holiday Rotation will be required. Weekends per dept need.

The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
