Job summary

Phoenixville Hospital - Tower Health is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to welcome and direct visitors, register guests, and issue passes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include upholding hospital policies, ensuring safety, and supporting a positive patient and family experience. Experience in customer service and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain all competencies and trainings required for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.

The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
