Champion Hills is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Guest Services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.


Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
  1. Greet and welcome members/guests upon arrival to the club.
  2. Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
  3. Inform all golfers of policies pertaining to course conditions, care of the course, pin locations, etc.
  4. Direct start of play when necessary.
  5. Ensure each group conforms to all rules and policies set forth by the club.
  6. Supply all groups with pertinent information, tees, repair tools, pace of play requirements, towels, etc.
  7. Log all players by name and cart number, actual time of tee off, the time each group makes the turn and finish times.
  8. Communicate with the pro shop and fellow team members as to any changes in the tee sheet or no shows.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all golf club rentals and ensure they are returned in complete sets.
  10. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  11. Perform other duties as required by the pro shop/management.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
  1. One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:
  1. Dependable, regular and reliable attendance.
  2. Works well in a team environment.
