Job summary

WinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. The Associate, Guest Services will look after the needs of each guest upon arrival, throughout their stay, and during the checkout process.

You will provide a welcoming, professional retreat experience for every guest.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field.
Experience dealing with guests in a non-intrusive, supportive, and grace-based manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Commitment to 40/45 hours weekly across all shifts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or knowledge of Maestro PMS.

Responsibilities

Provide services to retreat guests, including greeting in the parking lot, luggage assistance, check-in/check-out, room key distribution, and guest information in the PMS.
Participate in ongoing training to ensure proficiency with the PMS and related systems.
Review daily occupancy, cross-check registrations, and process daily deposits.
Record revenue totals for cash, checks, and card transactions; close POS daily.
Generate automated accounting reports and perform night audit tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and stock at the Grand Chalet and front desk areas.
Stock linens and supplies at Front Desk and retail areas.
Provide other services as defined by Guest Services Leadership.
