BEST Crowd Management in Madison, WI seeks a part-time Guest Services staff member for the University of Wisconsin - Madison. You will warmly welcome attendees, assist with event setup, and ensure a high standard of service and safety.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering questions, and maintaining venue policies while collaborating with staff to deliver a smooth event experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event attendees with a positive, service-focused approach.
• Assist with event setup, signage, and related tasks as needed.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and venue.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Handle guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support crowd management to ensure safety and a positive experience.
