Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help answer questions, provide directions within the facility and to amenities.
• Inform guests about amenities and walking distances; assist with inquiries.
• Offer solutions to guest complaints and ensure follow-up for satisfaction.
• Refer unusual or difficult questions to the Guest Services Lead for proper resolution.
