It is a unique opportunity to be part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Our Mission is to Honor the Greatest of the Game, Preserve its History, Promote its Values & Celebrate Excellence Together.

Position Summary: As a Box Office Guest Services Associate, you will engage with the Pro Football Hall of Fame guests as they enter the museum. This position will sell and process museum and event tickets, provide information about events and tours, and assist with phone and other inquiries at the box office.

Position Type and Schedule: This position is part-time up to 25 hours per week with weekend availability required. The museum is open every day 9-5 p.m. September-May; 9-7 p.m. June-August.

A Day in the Life:

• Provide a fun experience to Hall of Fame guests through active conversation and engagement.
• Provide information about events, process ticket sales, and schedule museum tours.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and reconcile daily register.
• Resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the box office area.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and museum attendance.
• Assist with answering the store phone lines with courtesy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Passion for people and football!
• Experience working with guests is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and energy.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry, cashiering, email, and other simple functionalities.
