Job summary

The Miami HEAT at Kaseya Center seeks enthusiastic Guest Experience Representatives to deliver a hospitality-driven, best-in-class experience for every guest. Frontline ambassadors create seamless, elevated moments across all venue areas with proactive service and professional presence.

You will greet and assist guests, verify access, and collaborate with Premium Services and Operations to ensure a safe, memorable visit during events and games.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-driven service mindset and guest-first approach.
• Professional, polished presence with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome guests and direct them with warmth and proactive service.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and needs across the venue, including entry points and guest services.
• Verify tickets and access levels, manage lines, and support safe, efficient guest flow.
• Collaborate with Premium Services, Food & Beverage, Security and other teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Respond to guest concerns and incidents with empathy and resolution or escalation as needed.
