Job summary

Legends is seeking a Membership Service Representative at the University of Miami in Coral Gables to support season ticket holders and fans. You will handle customer inquiries, renewals, and account updates, working closely with the Membership Service Manager.

This part-time role requires excellent communication, organization, and a passion for sports hospitality. Evening, weekend, and game-day hours are common, with Salesforce used for tracking interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current University of Miami student.
• Interest in sports management, ticketing, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to represent Legends and the University of Miami at a high level.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with season ticket holders across all Miami Hurricanes sports.
• Coordinate service calls, emails, and other touchpoints to current customers.
• Assist with game-day service efforts, member events, and special events.
• Use Salesforce to record interactions, feedback, and follow-up activity.
• Assist with ticketing administrative tasks and account updates.
• Support renewal campaigns, onboarding efforts, and other membership initiatives.
• Assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
• Meet daily activity and performance metrics.
