Job summary

Residence Inn Sebring is seeking a friendly, fast, and reliable front desk associate to welcome guests, check them in, answer questions, and ensure a memorable stay. You will work with a cooperative team to deliver outstanding service during peak hours and beyond.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am; prior hospitality or guest-service experience is a plus, and you should be comfortable with basic computer tasks and guest communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously and standards are applied by staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest expectations.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest contact during arrival and departure.
