• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, and stay service-centric in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and listen to guest/colleague concerns.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements (cash, credit cards).
• Provide information to guests and coordinate requests for services and amenities.
• Maintain front desk organization and communicate via logbooks with staff.
• Assist Front Office Manager as needed.
