Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle payments at a Bentonville/Rogers, AR property.

You will communicate with guests and colleagues, relay messages, and ensure satisfaction by offering accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Prior front desk experience is preferred, along with PMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and service-centric in a fast-paced front desk role.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate clearly with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out; make reservations and confirmations.
• Process payments according to hotel procedures, including cash and cards.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Coordinate guest requests and respond to issues promptly and courteously.
