Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and payments, and provide local area information. You will work with housekeeping and maintenance to keep room status accurate and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, with hourly compensation starting at $17.00+, and an array of benefits including vacation, health plans, 401K, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively deal with customers on site and by phone with tact and diplomacy.
• Basic math and calculator skills.
• Proficiency operating office equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and lift or carry items as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations, and confirm room details with guests.
• Assist guests with special requests and area information.
• Process guest check-ins/outs and handle payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status and repairs.
• Maintain lobby areas and provide travel directions and local tips.
