BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member for the University of Wisconsin—Madison. This part-time role offers friendly, customer-focused duties at events in Madison, WI, with pay at $15 per hour.

You will assist attendees, help with set-up, and maintain venue standards to ensure a positive experience. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event setup and signage.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event and facilities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Handle guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
