Job summary
Tulalip Resort Casino is seeking a guest-focused professional for front desk and gaming floor support. You will deliver the best possible service to guests and ensure a positive impression at all times.
Requirements include at least two years of customer-facing experience, basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Access), and cash handling familiarity. This position may involve various shifts and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in daily interaction serving customers.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience utilizing Word, Excel, or Access.
- Prior cash handling experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to QCC guests at the Club desk and gaming floor.
