Job summary

Tulalip Resort Casino is seeking a gaming attendant to provide excellent guest service on the gaming floor, handle cash changes, and explain machine operation to guests while promoting the property. The role includes reconciling and recording the attendant bank and applying daily directions for gaming floor needs.

The position requires being 21+, able to work various shifts, and passing a Tribal Gaming background check; prior guest service and cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months guest service experience or successful completion of training.
• Six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Provides excellent guest service on the gaming floor, handles change, and explains how gaming machines operate to guests, promoting the property.
• Responsible for the reconciliation and account records of the assigned attendant bank.
• Takes direction and applies it daily toward the gaming floor needs.

Job description

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour (plus tips)

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of Guest Service and/or Cash Handling training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.

SKILLS:

• Must have good math skills.
• Must have legible handwriting. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience or successful completion of training.
• Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience or successful completion of training.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/ or other employers.
