Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a fast, friendly front desk guest services associate. You will check guests in during peak hours, greet with a smile, answer questions, and help make each stay enjoyable as part of a welcoming team.

Shifts are 8 hours, from 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, or 11pm–7am, with opportunities for bonuses and growth within the company.

This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and teamwork to maintain high guest satisfaction and efficient service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in during peak hours in a courteous, efficient manner.

• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures with a friendly approach.

These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
