Tony Group in Hawaii is seeking a friendly telephone support specialist for the Guest Center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls for sales, service, parts, and body shop, guiding customers through options and keeping them informed.

You will collaborate with the service team to identify opportunities, remind appointments, and support recalls. The role emphasizes CSI follow-up and delivering an outstanding guest experience, with participation in group activities and a positive workplace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One month of related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service abilities and telephone etiquette are required.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound guest center calls for sales, service, parts, and body shop.
• Make outbound calls inviting guests and recalling those who missed appointments.
• Advise customers on parts status, reminders, and recalls; schedule follow-ups.
• Provide CSI follow-up and strive for an outstanding guest experience; support service opportunities.
• Participate in Tony Group activities and training to stay informed and engaged.

Job Summary:Serves as telephone support staff for sales and service departments. Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.Essential Job Responsibilities:Inbound and Outbound Calls - Answers all inbound Guest center calls – sales, service, parts, and body shop. Makes outbound calls inviting guests to the dealership and to recall guests, owners who have missed first service. Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments, same day of missed appointment.
